By default, Chorus will only join external or client facing meetings. However, if you would like Chorus to record an internal meeting for record keeping and sharing purposes (great for remote teams!) you can have prompt Chorus to do so by following the instructions below:
Step One: Make sure that you have a web conference link with the dial in info for the conference line included in the invite (Zoom in this example).
Step Two: Invite email@example.com to the invite. (This will take the place of the "External participant" and trigger Chorus to join).
Tip: For recurring meetings that you want to be recorded, just keep firstname.lastname@example.org invited to all future calendar invites to ensure that we always join.
