Editing A Call
Sometimes you'll find you need to update the title or recording owner of a call, download a call, or make a call private. The gear icon next to the recording title is your one-stop shop for all of these! To see the gear icon you must have the correct permissions or be a Chorus Admin.
Step a: Find the call you'd like to download and click on the gear icon (1) next to the title of the meeting. To access recording settings like changing the title or making it private, select Recording Settings. To delete the recording, click Delete Recording.
Note: All call deletion is permanent, so please be careful when you delete.

Step b: Modify, download, or make private.
To edit the recording name, associated CRM record, or recording owner, simply click into the field you wish to change, adjust as needed, and click "save."
To make private to just you, check the "Private to me" box and "save."
To download the call audio, video, or transcript.
Chorus meeting recordings can be exported as video, audio, or a transcript.
This can be accessed from the Recording page by clicking on the Gear icon next to the recording title, click on the Recording Settings option. This will open the Recording Settings menu.
In the Download section, you can use the dropdown to either select the Video, Audio, or Transcript (2) options and then click the Download button.
Note: Using the download feature will depend on your Org permissions for your specific user-role.
The “Download” button will redirect you to a new page displaying the recording.
From that page you need to select the “Options” button (the vertical 3 dots) and then select “Download”, this will begin downloading the recording file to your device.
