What actions do I take to reconnect Zoom to Chorus if I receive a "Your Zoom account is disconnected from Chorus" email from Chorus?
Chorus sends disconnect notices to all admin users for your organization and includes a link to reauthorize Zoom.
NOTE: The email reauthorization link will work for the Zoom admin, but not for other Zoom users.
This can happen when Zoom releases periodic updates, where the token used to maintain the native zoom integration connection becomes invalid and requires a new one to reconnect.
Please have a Chorus Admin who is also the Zoom Admin log into Chorus and use the following direct link to reconnect the Native Zoom integration:
