Congratulations! You’ve made the game-changing decision to invest in Chorus for your organization as a powerful tool for your SDRs, Reps and CSMs. As an Admin getting Chorus set up for your org, you’ll want to ensure that a few technical items are completed so your team is ready to hit the ground running.
With any new piece of tech there are several configuration items that you’ll want to have set up to make sure you’re able to benefit from all the functionality of Chorus. Some of these you’ll want to set up once and be done, others you may want to revisit every so often or when there are changes to your org.
