Creating a Chorus iFrame in Salesforce: Overview
Now that the Salesforce Package has been installed, Salesforce Admins can set up the Chorus iFrame within Salesforce. The Chorus iFrame allows access to call recordings processed through Chorus, within the Salesforce platform. This means you can review your call information in context as you review deals in the CRM.
As an example, when reviewing a late stage Opportunity, reps and managers can examine both the Salesforce data AND the latest calls for deeper context and verification of missing information, all without leaving Salesforce. Pretty slick!
There are two options for installing the Chorus iFrame on a Lead, Account or Opportunity. Click on the option that appeals to you the most for installation instructions.
- Chorus iFrame as a separate Chorus tab (for Lightning only) - we recommend this route for quick loading.
- Chorus iFrame as a section on the “Details” tab (for Classic or Lightning).
