Guide to Syncing Your Dialer with Chorus
We've looked at 250,000 calls from our customers and examined the disposition that was manually selected and found it was accurate only 60% of the time. Our AI will listen to the call and decide the disposition accurately over 95% of the time. If you’d like better dialer data, we recommend integrating your dialer with Chorus.
Chorus integrates with a number of dialer systems so you can leverage all of Chorus's functionality (automatic transcription, theme detection, commenting, and more!) for your team's cold calls. This sync will allow Chorus to import your team's conversations through each respective dialer. Once the integration is complete, Chorus will upload and analyze calls on an hourly basis.

Prerequisites
- Integration with all dialers except the following require that your organization uses Salesforce:
- Shoretel Sky / Mitel
- Hubspot Dialer
- For all other dialers, ensure Salesforce has already been connected to Chorus.
- Once connected, Chorus will import your dialer calls from the Call Recording URL located on the call Task:

Note: Hubspot Dialer is the dialer built into the Hubspot CRM, and does not include any additional dialers that are used in conjunction with Hubspot.
- Set up Hubspot Dialer to Record Calls

- Select Hubspot Dialer
- Leave the "Call Disposition" field blank.
- Click “Sync Dialer” - all set!
InsideSales.com (XANT)
- Set up InsideSales (XANT) to Record Calls
