Q: What does “Stage” refer to in Chorus?
You may have been on the Recordings page or looking at an individual call and noticed a field for “Stage” and wondered what that referred to. In a nutshell, Stages refer to Opportunity stages pulled from Salesforce or Deal stages pulled from Hubspot. This article will help make sense of the stage information available for a recording in Chorus.
Q: What does the "Stage" column refer to? Is it the Current Stage or Stage at Time of call?
A: The "Stages" you see in Chorus, whether on a column in the Recordings page or on an individual call, represent what stage the Opportunity was in when that particular call was made. For this reason, you’ll notice a corresponding filter and label called "Stage at Time of the Call".
Should you want to see which stage that deal is in today since that call, you can filter by “Current Deal Stage” on the Recordings page, or refer to the “Stage (Current)” field on an individual call.
