What counts as viewing a call in Analytics?
We've seen teams get pretty creative with how they drive engagement with Chorus, and some teams reward folks who watch the most calls using "Meetings Viewed" in Analytics as the metric.
Q: What counts as viewing a call in Analytics? What can cause some call recording views to not be counted?
A: A call is counted as viewed if someone is signed into Chorus, clicks into a call in the platform and clicks on at least 1 button. This 1 button could be pressing play, commenting, clicking "Next Steps" and so much more.
If you are concerned there are view counts missing, there are a couple common extensions that are known to cause issues with call recording view counts: uBlock Origin and Honey. Because of this, it can be good practice to disable extensions if you would like to troubleshoot as there may be others with the same effect
