Why Can’t I See All Reps in The Rep Drop-Down Filter?
Q: I tried to filter Recordings by a specific rep, but I don’t see their name on the drop down list. Why can’t I see all my reps in the rep drop-down? Why can’t I see the name of inactive reps in the rep filter?
A: Seeing the full list of all users (active and deactivated) depends on what role type you have in Chorus. If you ARE a Chorus Admin, you will be able to see the names of all users (active and deactivated) in the rep drop-down.
If you are NOT a Chorus Admin, you will only be able to see currently active users in the rep drop down list. In order for you to see all users (active and deactivated), the deactivated users can be reactivated and then will appear for non-admin users.
