How can I see an Inactive User’s Recordings and Analytics Data?
Q: We have some users who are no longer active in Chorus, but still have important historical calls. How can I see their recordings? Who can see recordings for inactive users? How do I select an inactive user for the rep filter?
A: While active users are listed in the rep drop-down for both Admin and Non-Admin users alike, the ability to select an inactive user from the dropdown requires Admin level permissions, so if you are not an Admin, you won’t be able to select them and see your inactive users’ historical calls or analytics data.
To select an inactive user, Admins will first see an alphabetical list of active users A - Z, followed by another alphabetical list of inactive users A - Z.
