Why Are Some of My Chorus Buttons Missing?
In rare cases you might find some of your Chorus buttons, such as video controls or the sharing button, are not appearing. When this happens, it is due to the size and resolution of your screen.

A: Chorus works best in a browser window that is 1100 pixels x 564 pixels or larger. If you aren’t sure what your resolution is, here is a web article explaining how to find this information, or you can use this site to check your browser’s available screen size.

Chorus renders well on many different size screens, but there is a minimum supported screen resolution for the web interface to render all needed control elements and buttons.
Additionally, please be aware that browser elements like bookmarks can sometimes further limit the available screen. If you encounter this, you may need to hide your bookmark bar if it uses part of the browser window, and check that the zoom level is 100% or smaller (less than 100%). If you have the option, Chorus recommends using the Chrome web browser.
