Inviting and updating users manually in Chorus can be time-consuming, so take advantage of bulk user import! For larger updates, you can use the CSV Import functionality to create and modify users in bulk.
Note: Only Chorus Admins can invite new members of the team to Chorus. If you are not an Admin or have questions about adding new users, please reach out to your team's Customer Success Manager or contact our support team (support@chorus.ai).

Bulk User Import FAQs
Q: Does the CSV import support bulk-deactivation of users?
A: No, the CSV Import does not support bulk-deactivation of users.
Q: Can the CSV import remove Team Assignment?
A: No, the CSV Import does not allow for removal of Team assignment. If left blank in the CSV, it will be ignored as an optional field and maintain the current attribute value.
Q: Do you have to remove the Error/Warning columns from the report in order to upload the CSV?
A: No, it is not necessary to remove the Error/Warning columns from the error report before uploading the list of users back into the system. As a best practice, make any changes directly in the CSV and re-upload it. Chorus will ignore the additional columns when processing the template values for imported users.
